Inselnova now speaks German — and Korvath, the war god, is here
Inselnova now plays in German. Pick your language in the top-right settings and choose German. This is still a first run at the translation, so it might not be perfect yet.
There’s also a new war god to chase. Raze an enemy island and Korvath opens up to you — his rites sharpen your attacks, speed your building and troop training, and let you strike unsigned so the defender’s report never names you. Veyra learns two new curses to throw the other way, and shrine rites are no longer throttled, so your lumen reserves are the only limit on how often you cast.
The war god, and new ways to pray
- Korvath unlocks the first time you raze a previously-owned enemy island. His blessings: more attack power, faster building, faster training, and an “unsigned sails” rite that hides your identity from the defender’s battle report.
- Veyra gets two new curses — Becalm (halve a target’s outgoing fleet speed) and Blight (halve their production) — and Market Silence now costs less to cast.
- Thalor gets Steady Watch, a blessing that holds a settlement’s happiness steady through famine, food crises, and neglect.
- Casting is no longer rate-limited by “divine strain” — only your lumen reserves gate how often you call on a god.
New
- A daily Chronicle posts once a day in world news — a ranked card of the realm’s standout governors over the last day (top plunderer, biggest battles, Black Tide breakers), with the lead line in the ticker.
- Gift claims in the Claims tab: shared spoils when a Black Tide island is liberated, a welcome gift after you settle in, and a reward when someone you invite joins.
- Play in German: language switch on login, onboarding, or in Profile → Settings. German browsers start in German automatically, including catalog names, advisor advice, and council affairs.
- Scoreboards by time window: view Today, This Week, or All Time, each with a “resets in” countdown.
Improved
- Workshop goods storage now grows more with each level, so a high-level workshop is finally worth the resources.
- Transport fleet templates can now carry food and coins, not just resources and troops.
- Tap a resource stat to see a storage bar with a “Full in Xh” countdown, so you know when each store will overflow.
- Liberating several islands in a row no longer floods alliance chat — three or more liberations collapse into one summary card that calls out how many were Black Tide.
- Uninhabited islands carrying goods now show a beached shipwreck near the shore.
- Settlement stat boxes show a small chart mark in the corner so it’s clear you can tap them for a full breakdown.
- Discovering a god now sends you a dispatch, so each new patron is unmistakable.
- Black Tide watchtower intel now tops out at Fleet Counted — the unreachable “Exact Bearings” tier is gone.
Fixed
- Buildings, research, and troop training that finish during a fast refresh now reliably register as complete.
- A message you’re partway through writing is saved if you switch conversations or close the panel and come back.
- When an alliance leader’s account is removed, the alliance now disbands instead of lingering with no leader.
- Alliance officers granted the right via their rank can now see the controls to edit the alliance name, description, and flag.
- Any alliance member can now remove a marked target, so stale marks on liberated islands no longer wait on an officer.
- Curses that land from a good now appear in the world feed and ticker, the same as shrine curses already did.
- Lumen’s resource detail shows its real shrine storage limit instead of the storehouse number.
- A successful raid that brings home nothing no longer boasts about a huge haul in the report.
- The coins breakdown names your tax tier properly (e.g. “Very Low tax tier”) instead of the raw “very_low”.
- Reports about attacks on your islands linger in your Recent feed for two days, so a battle report you read in the morning isn’t gone by that night.
- The Send screen updates your available ships and resources right after a dispatch, so a second send shows the correct counts without reopening.
